How to Earn Online ?

What is outsourcing?
The term ‘outsourcing’ as the word indicates means the availing of work that is available far away from the employer. That is, the jobs which lie at a distance can be made available for instant work to any prospective worker to be done at the worker’s very house. In the global world, the people of all sectors mainly business and corporate sectors have become so busy and they have to handle so many paper works that sometimes it becomes totally difficult for them to finish their assigned works single handed. So, what should they do? They have to keep workers to handle with. But is it possible to get worker to do the specific works at a particular moment? For example, a film studio needs people to work with photo editing, data entry, translation, dialogue writing and so on. But it is difficult to appoint so many people from so many sectors at the same time. If possible, it is quite expensive. But if the company can make the jobs done by an employee from a far away location, it becomes fairly easier, cheaper and faster. Here lies the need of outsourcing. Suppose in USA or in Europe, a business executive needs to write 100 comments on his particular products. If he begins to write them himself, he can’t. If he keeps one secretary, he needs to provide accommodation, food, salary with a local standard. But if this very work can be done from Uganda or Philippines, it saves both money and time. Thus the people of different sectors place their prospective work in an 'online market' where the workers around the globe place their bid in a sophisticated way. As a result people of any particular efficiency can view the particular work online and can place his or her bid accordingly. Thereafter the buyer can assess the profile of the online worker and can offer the work.

What works are available? Who can work?
If we consider about the category of works available online, we’ll be quite surprised. From data-entry to research work, from photo-editing to web design- a hundred types of works are available. So, people from any sector may find his or her suitable works online. But one capacity is mandatory. The workers should and must be sufficiently proficient in English and be a computer literate. In some cases the efficiency can be relaxed. To write an article of 1000 words one needs to be excellent in writing skill whereas to work as a data-entry operator, one may be just good in English language. Again a worker must bear in mind before starting to work is that he or she must keep the commitment. If he begins to work, he must maintain the time limit as per the condition, otherwise the buyer will be dissatisfied and the chance of getting further work will be slim. Thus the people of any sector such as student, house-wife, teacher, businessman, retired officer may work online.

How to work?
To work online, one needs to register with one outsourcing website like www.freelancer.com or www.oDesk.com . Besides these there is a hub of similar websites. It’s easy to register. After registration, the applicant has to upgrade the personal profile. Up gradation is possible by providing academic qualification, work experience and by taking tests online. Then the user has to search for the works available. Then he may place the bid by following the instruction provided. The bid once placed, the buyer can view it. Of course there is a time limit for placing the bid. On the closing day the buyer will assess the profile, the wage demanded, etc. He’ll determine whom to offer the job. If any particular user gets the job, he or she needs to be aware of some facts: must finish the work within the scheduled time, must work attentively to avoid possible errors and must maintain the quality of works given. Once the buyer is satisfied, he ‘ll offer more and more works simultaneously.

How to get paid?
Yes, it’s certainly important to think over the issue. While working online, the user should open an online bank account. Don’t worry, it’s quite easy. You don’t need to deposit any money to open the account or to maintain the account or to make any balance inquiry. You may register with online bank like: www.alertpay.com , www.moneybookers.com , www.PayPal.com . Upon registration, you can view your total account history in the PC monitor. Once you’ve earned money by your works, you’ll have the option to transfer the money to your online bank account what you can withdraw easily.

Conclusion:
To sum up, if you’re one intended to earn online, you must have the patience to sit in front of your PC for quite a long time. If you don’t have computer and internet connection and patience, you had better search for any other option other than internet outsourcing.

How to make a successful trip?

It’s travelling that has the maximum pleasure among all kinds of pastimes provided it’s wisely and minutely planned. Otherwise, the would-be trip will result in physical, mental and economical sufferings. Not only that your pocket will throw off a huge amount of money for zero amount of pleasure.

Anyway, if you’re a first time traveler, you must make sure about where you’re venturing to. You must ask yourself about whether you’re going to recharge your body battery or to be in touch with the unknown pleasure. Do you want all your family members get common excitement?

So, if you’re going for cultural heritage, South Pacific Islands are not the appropriate location. But for relaxation, that’s the perfect place. An all-inclusive beach resort might offer your family an unforgettable thrill. If you belong to a smaller group, you may search any intimate urban hostel. Prior to confirm your trip, you should possess a guide book and should go through all information regarding culture, rules & regulations and tourist attractions of the destination. It will not be wise to discover the pleasure in a foreign territory being in darkness. The most important factors you must consider before setting out is to collect updated and latest information regarding the immigration rule, visa requirements (you require or not), currency, endorsement, return ticket confirmation, validity of your passport, hotel confirmation, travel insurance, vaccine certificate and arrival cards. If any of them goes wrong, chances are there for you to return from the destination airport having the pleasure of air journey only.

Regarding clothing, you should take those items that are adaptable and carry-able into your carry-on bag. Better to carry few hand bags rather than a huge luggage. For, if you have a large luggage, you will be astonished to see your fellow passengers leaving you behind in the airport. And you’ll have to wait a long time to release your luggage. Carefully choose your dress or materials that are actually necessary for you during the trip. Because days will run in hurry and you’ll miss the items from the list. Just pack the significant items that are really necessary. Another thing, in a single city, don’t try to do or visit more than three things a day. You need to allow some extra time for traffic jam, bus break down, missed connection and other unwanted delays. You’re supposed to meet some unexpected people or events where you may have to spend a lot of time.

When you just arrive, try to stay the night at the same place. As you’re tired, it will be boring to transfer to another place the same day or to handle with the baggage. You may move the next morning getting afresh.

During travelling especially in the overseas, many unwanted and unexpected incidents may happen. If you get lost, approach a local person whom you think to be trustworthy. Suppose, you’re unable to read the menu (for different language), watch the fellow diner carefully and try to justify which food you need actually. If you’re stuck in the queue, look around at the busy people. Observe what they are doing, wearing and saying; you’re bound to learn instantly.

In abroad, you need to abide by the public sentiments. Remember, “While in Rome, be Roman”. Suppose in Asian country, women generally wear long trousers. Your wife will face public arrogance if she is dressed with the shorts at those places. You should try to eat what local people eat. Go marketing where local people do. Try to shorten the gap between your group and local people regarding eating, speaking, dressing, marketing, walking and above all communicating with every one you happen to meet. And don't forget to carry a "smile" for all.

How to Learn a Foreign Language?

Have become "dumb" in overseas? Can't speak or understand local language? Don't worry. Just go through the following tips and I'm sure your disappointment will soon be away.

1) Always spend some time in the public gatherings: in the crowded market, in the bus stand, in the local church, etc. You’ll hear all sorts of speaking. All of them are quite necessary for you. You’ll get an instant lesson. You’ll learn the frequently used words and expressions about how to call others, how to address others, how to use angry words and how to use some local words even if those are colloquial.

2) You’ve to know the names of the daily commodities. I mean you need to buy vegetables, fish, cloths and household accessories. But how to make them understand? Go to local market with a note book. Mark the particular thing, get the local name, and note it down. Write minimum twenty words a day. You’ll learn a lot in a couple of days.

3) Note the words of daily use like: Good morning, Good afternoon, Thank you, Welcome, How are you?, I’m fine, etc. (in local language). That’s are quite easy to memorize and practice. Use them right and left with whomever you happen to meet. You’ll also receive the instant reply from others. You’re going to be a native speaker shortly.

4) Try to manage a local man or woman as your friend. Mix with him or her, speak, laugh, gossip (rightly or wrongly). You may be mistaken in using words; no problem; use your hands or head to indicate your thoughts. Interestingly, you’ll learn to speak, to communicate informally. Go with him or her to bar, to park, to market. Necessarily or unnecessarily try to exchange your ideas; your learning will go on.

5) In leisure, keep a kid with you with whom you may spend the moments. You’ll learn rapidly. This kid can teach you the easiest words and daily experience more conveniently. You’ll find it funny to learn. Thus, you can make fun and learn. Don’t forget to note the new words down.

6) Always try to attend public meetings, church, sermon, etc. You’ll find various people exchanging their views. Follow their speech; write the words you understand clearly. Sit in the first row. Try to exchange your view. You’ll learn some new and different words.

7) Live in a semi-urban area. People are careless in speaking with a foreigner in rural areas. They never speak anything artificial. You can learn the colloquial words from them. Mix with the local family with people of all ages. They’re your whole-day teachers. You’ll learn unexpectedly and incidentally. You’ll have the opportunity of making situational talks and this is absolutely free of cost.

8) If you wish to learn with accuracy, visit any local language school. They’ll be happy to teach you their own language. On the first day you’ll learn some words including welcome notes. You may follow the syllabus. Thus, your writing capacity will increase. Most important fact is that you need to practice with the teachers.

9) Buy the daily newspapers, read the headlines, see the pictures. Try to make out the meaning. Note down the common words. While walking along the road or visiting a market place or a busy area, take time to watch the signboards. You’ll find it interesting to read the signs. You’re bound to learn the written words.

10) Throw off your shyness. Go on speaking. Don’t care about the accuracy. Pretend as if you understand everything. If you don’t understand anything, request the speaker to repeat. If anybody laughs at your mistakes or mispronunciation, share the laugh. Most important of all, you need to listen and to speak carefully without being passive learner. Be active & confident, and you’ll become a native speaker quite unconsciously.
